Our Services
Baba Enterprises supplies industrial and medical gases across various sectors including hospitals, manufacturers, and laboratories. All sales, deliveries, and services are subject to these Terms along with any written agreements or order confirmations.
Orders & Pricing
Quotations are valid for the period mentioned in the quote. Orders are only accepted upon written confirmation from Baba Enterprises. Prices exclude GST, delivery charges, or other applicable taxes. Baba Enterprises reserves the right to revise prices in case of fluctuations in external factors.
Payment Terms
All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) within the due date mentioned on the invoice (typically 30 days from invoice date). Delayed payments may attract late fees or interest charges. Baba Enterprises reserves the right to hold further deliveries if any payment is overdue.
Delivery & Risk
Delivery Address: Products are delivered to the address confirmed at the time of order. Delivery Schedule: All delivery timelines are estimated. Delays may occur due to unforeseen events. Risk & Ownership: Risk passes to the customer upon delivery. Ownership transfers only after full payment is received. Claims: Any damages or shortages must be reported within 7 working days.
Product Safety & Usage
Customers must handle, store, and use gases responsibly, following safety regulations and industry practices. Baba Enterprises is not liable for misuse or improper handling of gases once delivered. All personnel handling gases must be properly trained and equipped with safety gear.
Warranties & Disclaimer
Baba Enterprises guarantees that all gases supplied will meet the specifications at the time of dispatch. No additional warranties are provided beyond those explicitly mentioned. We do not warrant suitability for specific applications unless agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is strictly limited to the invoice value of the product in question. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including loss of business, data, or profits.
Customer Responsibilities & Indemnity
Customers agree to use our products safely and lawfully. You agree to indemnify Baba Enterprises against any third-party claims, damages, or losses arising due to misuse, negligence, or non-compliance on your part.
Intellectual Property
All content including logos, product descriptions, images, and downloadable materials belongs to Baba Enterprises. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Privacy
